In the beginning it was the fashion in a limited area only among young people in their late teens. The exposure which slightly show the breasts increased its degree and came to show the roundish breasts themselves. The fashion spread all at once by mass media. It became popular among various generations from the child to the middle high age.
There are not so many people show their nipples. They expose the whole of breasts but cover the nipples with the nipples cap. There are clothes show the breasts with see-through material and skin-tight clothes show the shape of breasts and nipples. The fashion of type which show the whole of breasts is introduced here.
The breasts is one of women's features that we can see from outside. Appealing the breasts positively as women's symbol is an ordinary thing these days and we could not think it short time before.

I used to sketch a woman in the nude when I was painting Japanese-style
painting before. When I am drawing, I concentrate on watching and drawing.
No lewd eyes. Even a naked woman in front of me becomes an object. To tell the truth, sometimes I think something indecent watching the naked body.
I can not help watching the naked bodies in a dance show or play or fashion show.
The clothes are main in a fashion show, the models are only "the objects" to show the clothes more impressive. They are affectedly walking in strange clothes. They don't care about showing their breasts slightly or whole of them, whatever. What ridiculous is that they are putting on airs. We don't see anybody who are walking showing their breasts on the street.
I love fashion shows because I can see such women in them. I watch them with lewd eyes as naked women.
